wordle

check it out. Found this site from Sara... I just posted in the link to my blog, and this is what it generated.... definitely saving the site to my favs for future use. rocksome.

got back from the beach. good times. 6 kids, 3 moms, and Kurstee came down and spent two days with us, too... we had a great condo, and the beaches were clean (still Galveston, but they were clean) and the pools were fun, too. And there was definitely no shortage of food =)
the trip, in numbers:
301- # of pictures I ended up with, including what I stole from Brandy's flickr.
3- # of nights we stayed at the condo
5- times I used the blender to make fruity frozen drinks for the moms
2- number of fiction books I managed to read this week, more than I've read in the last two years. woot!
1- number of sea creatures that died in our care after captured (it was a snail)
1- number of life lessons that unexpectedly came up
2- number of injuries- Jordan was bit by a crab on her foot, Jensen was graced with a jellyfish
100- gotta be close to the number of pounds of food we had.
30- minutes it took after we got home before Cameron asked,"What are we doing now?"

the rest of the month, in numbers:

Cameron's party is in 7 days. ack! much to do...

Cameron turns 6 in 12 days.... holy smokes... cannot believe it.

We leave for Washington in 13 days... so much to do.

3 birthday parties next weekend...still the season...

1 pedicure desperately needed

and one hair appointment that needs to be made before we got to my mom's.

in the meantime, it's hot, and I'm off to jump in the pool with the kiddos!

How in the world did you finish TWO books when I only managed to read about 20 pages in my one book? :-)

don't worry rita, i actually managed to take a break from reading on the trip and i usually do read day-to-day. i read an entire book last night but couldn't get more than 20 pages either. something about all those kids...
