fainting and scrapping...

so... I have good news and bad news.

which do you want first?

Oh, you don't want to hear about me fainting, crashing against a wall, scaring the crap out of hubs in the middle of the night, and finding out I have an arrythmia? Good, i don't really feel like talking about it either. Just felt the need to mention it since Brandy commented on it. And before she tells you, yes, as a matter of fact, I am having a colonoscopy next week. How sweet of you to ask. Oh, and why yes, I did get strep from my son. It's been a fun week.

No, I am not a hypochondriac. In fact, up until I broke my nose, the only time I went to the doctor was for the annual legs in the stirrups exam. Funny how things change.

The good news? Well, in light of having the above mentioned procedure, I should lose a couple of pounds, since the doctor is having me prep for two days before hand. 4 saltines a day, and clear fluids. Awesome. Do I look like the type who ever even takes the time to eat a saltine? What a waste! Salted cardboard... bleh. Like I said, tell me I'm skinny when you see me next. Boost the morale.

The other good news? I've gotten some scrapping done! Yay! THREE layouts this week. TWO of them tonight! woot! Here's one of them:

AND my husband is walking a little better... yay! Although his foot is turning some really yucko colors....
and in other exciting news, I ordered a new couch this week for the game room. Hold back the applause please, because you might want to save it for the blinds guy that is coming tomorrow to measure all the windows and put new 2" ones in... yay!

I tell ya, life doesn't get much more exciting in suburbia...

When you put it all in writing like that it sounds, well, like things are just kind of sucky right now.

I'm really glad that you are getting everything looked at and taken care of even though it's definitely not been fun b/c some people might just let things slide by until it's too late.

On a better note, your lo is gorgeous as usual.

I'm thinking about you.

Oh Heather! If you're doing all of this falling and crashing and medical stuff just to keep us blog readers happy, really it's ok, we like reading about the boring stuff. Hope everything checks out and that you're back to the yearly stirrups appt only soon!

Awesome layout, love the pictures of miss Megs with the pigtails :)

Well that doesn't sound like fun. Did you faint because of the arrhythmia? Scary! I have one, but never that severe. I hope it all works out for you. Glad you were able to scrap in the middle of all of it :)

Doesn't that all sound fun, not! Hope you're doing better, and love the layout of Miss Megs.
