Got the goodie plates done today. Yeah! Had some help from Brandy and Cameron, with Dylan overseeing (Megan slept through most of it). Going to deliver most of them tomorrow. Cameron put on his Santa costume this evening and took a plate over to the Hamm's. So cute. I love how he likes to play shy. As if!
Anita and I went to the Christmas Tea over at CTK last night as Kathy's guests. It was so neat. Lots of really neat decorated tables, and neat people. A lot of the things that were talked about really got me thinking- the one that sticks out the most was a quote that went along the lines of "Open your house graciously and offer hospitality without grumbling". Geez. After 10 days with my mother, really?!? I wish I could say I did it without grumbling, but I can't. I wish I could say in the future I wouldn't, but I can't do that either. Onto happier notes...
The Kemah Boat Parade is this weekend. Can't wait. I know Cameron will love it. We couldn't go last year because of scheduling conflicts, so I'm really excited to take him this year. Should be a lot of fun.
